Divine Intervention by Slayer

Well here's my TAB of Slayer's Divine Intervention, the title track off their
new album. I'm not 100% sure about one or two of the chords in Riff 2 but
it's all here. (Full lyrics are included)
If anybody spots any mistakes be sure to let me know! :-)

NB: I'm not 100% if these rhythm 0/2's are heavy palm-mutes or played open and
  then quickly muted, maybe it's a combination of both - suggestions as always
