So you can do two by playing open to 2nd fret A-string on Em and G which sounds good to me, then on C it doesn't work as well and I don't like the sound but it's possible playing C as 0 4 0 3 and doing hammer-on 2nd to 4th fret C-string. And rhythmically it's done every other patternround on the first beat, in other words first play one round normal then start next round with the hammer-on and repeat that.
