Listen to the songs for the strumming patterns, which are all very basic. Try to hit only the lower four strings; this should resemble the original sound of the chords which are originally played tuned down three half-steps. It's relatively easy to recreate the song in Standard tuning (see below), the only problem might be the Ebm chord.
