I was listening to this song and realised the structure was very similar to
"Don't look back in Anger" by Oasis.
The song is played with Capo on 3rd Fret.

played.

chord once, then upstriking the top three strings twice and down
once.....its easier if you listen to the track.
Note - I also play the last C majorC of the verse differently to the first as it
just sounds better.

I am not sure why Fran didn't include a solo in the song, but its worth
making one up.
