Artist: Shihad Song: The General Electric Album: The General Electric Tabbed by: Peter Seay, (Tyferra@Hotmail.com) I would firstly like to point out that I am not a Bass player, and also that this is my first Tab, so things may not be truly accurate, but I am a huge Shihad fan, so I will be trying my best. Tuning: I have put this tab in Drop D tuning, but I imagine Karl uses the standard Shihad tuning, (D,G,C,F) It would be fairly easy to convert this into SST, but I find it’s easier to tune one string then four, (or six if you swing that way.) Bass starts in the first ‘chorus’. So this is after Jon sings his first “…passenger’s just passing… by…’ and after the very first guitar riff. Listen to the song to get the right rhythm. It’s fairly easy.

This is just a mix between a bit of the verse and a bit of the chorus. Now you’ve got it all, so listen to the song, put it all together and PLAY IT LOUD! (P.S:There dosn't seem to be many Shihad tabs, so I'll probably write some more for Guitar and Bass.)
