Outro:
This part is entirely hammer-on, expect for the very last part, which is simply the chorus again.
The 17/16-notes are played with the right hand, like in Jerry Was A Race Car Driver.
The second part might be a bit confusing regarding which hand to use.
Therefore, they are signified by (r = right hand) and (l = left hand) for with which
hand to play the notes.
