Father Forgive Me chords by Tim Obrien

Guitar chords with lyrics

I didn't place chord to lyric timing for the last verse. Listen to the song to catch it
I hand wrote this out from notes a very generous gentleman shared with me at a Tim
Mandolin Workshop Dec 12th, 2009. Sir, I lost your card, otherwise I would have
you by now and posted a credit towards your help here. My contact is willsjd@hotmail.com If
find this, please give me a shout.
One of the biggest bits of advice I got out of the workshop, was practice scales EVERY
Even Sam Bush practices scales every day to keep limber and maintain muscle memory. I've
playing chords filled out with extending notes in the same scale, and found I'm working
hard. Think about playing as scales with chords to fill the in between, and you'll
it alot easier and smoother. Atleast my brain understands this thinking better. If
wants to share thoughts on other Tim songs, please shoot me an email. I half know a few
that aren't finished enough to post. Looking for help with all of Fiddler's Green songs.
Thanks again Tim for everything! Bless you!
