On some of the "C" chords, he does a little pattern where he lifts and replaces his index
finger, then switches to another chord. To figure the pattern out and the strum pattern,
watch the youtube video or find the song on bandcamp and give it a listen.

I suggest using your pinky finger (4th finger) to mute the top two strings.
For the verse, I would use (Em) as your E minor. (Parentheses)
For the chorus(es), I would use Em as your E minor. (No parentheses)
