indicated with bar lines, such as at the end of the verse, where
instead of two bars of D going into two bars of E7, there's a
single bar of Bm between them.

I used the sheet music in the Twin Peaks songbook for this chart,
writing in basslines as chord inversions, and moving it to Capo 2
to make it easiest to play, especially while singing. If you
transpose it up 2, you'll get it written in the real key of B/
without a capo, which I believe is the way it's actually played in
the recording. Get creative with your fingering to get the low
F# on the G#m/F# :)  Beautiful song from THE BEST show. Enjoy!
