N.B. The Amaj7 chords are suggested by the pedal steel guitar
accompaniment and vocals, but I think Caroline just plays
straight A major chords, she certainly does when performing solo.
Looks like she plays the A as a barre, and not hitting the top string,
she adds lift by hammering-on chords.
