Like most DBT songs, this sounds like it's tuned down a full step. Here's how to play it in standard.
It seems to make more sense playing it in D, but it can be replicated in standard.

The only chord that doesn't sound quite right in standard is the Bb/A. On the recording, tuned to D,
the chord is C/B. In standard, I play the Bb/A like this:
