Great song by Colony House. Chords are relative to the capo. The pre-chorus is  my own arrangement in order to
give some more variety, since in the recording the guitar part is essentially the same and the piano kind of
takes the forefront in the mix. It's a simple song, but the trickiest part is getting the rhythm down.
