Learn To Crawl tab by Black Lab
Guitar Tab
Song: Learn to Crawl Artist: BLACK LAB Soundtrack of SPIDERMAN Arranged by Ifrad This song's one of my all time favorites, and this is also my first tabbing of ANY song. hope you can get it. but you gotta hear the song quite a few times, to really know the rhythms. its actually pretty easy to play. Please note: there's a VERY important intro to this song, and it's vital to catch it good, cuz time and time again, it goes back to that same thing. The order of the song is this:
🎸
Accuracy Rating: - Votes: -
INTRO VERSE part 1 VERSE part 2 PRECHORUS CHORUS POST CHORUS (same as intro) VERSE part 1 VERSE part 2 PRECHORUS CHORUS POSTCHORUS (same as intro) RIFF CHORUS RIFF ALSO NOTE: basically the whole song is played in distortion, and i can't catch any second guitar in it. so it should be pretty simple. ***STANDARD TUNING*** The Intro is played THRICE: 1. Guitar alone 2. with Drums 3. with Drums and bass INTRO: e------------------------------------------------------ B------------------------------------------------------ G------------------------------------------------------ D---------------7---------5---------------4------------ A----0--0----0------0--0-------0--0----0--------------- E------------------------------------------------------ e------------------------------------------------------ B------------------------------------------------------ G------------------------------------------------------ D-------0---------------------------------------------- A----0--0--0---4--5--4--0------------------------------ E------------------------------------------------------ The VERSE has two parts to it. the first part is very much like the INTRO and only one note is palm muted for a certain time. (listen to the song carefully) Basically it's like this. VERSE PART 1 (You can laugh you can feel fine...): e------------------------------------------------------ B------------------------------------------------------ G------------------------------------------------------ D---------------7---------5---------------4------------ A----x--x----x------x--x-------x--x----x--------------- E------------------------------------------------------ e------------------------------------------------------ B------------------------------------------------------ G------------------------------------------------------ D-------0---------------------------------------------- A----x--0--0---4--5--4--0------------------------------ E------------------------------------------------------ VERSE PART 2 (Can you see yourself with a...) is played EXACTLY as the intro is. i need not tab it again. You have to listen hard to the PRE-CHORUS to catch exactly where the guitar starts at the PRE-CHORUS (I'm already asking, down on my knees...). It's played like this. PRECHORUS: e------------------------------------------------------ B------------------------------------------------------ G------------------------------------------------------ D----3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-------5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5------------- A----3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-------5-5-5-5-5-5-3-3------------- E----1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-------3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3------------- e------------------------------------------------------ B------------------------------------------------------ G------------------------------------------------------ D----3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-------5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5------------- A----3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-------5-5-5-5-5-5-3-3------------- E----1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-------3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3------------- You have to listen to the song again to catch exactly where you start to play the CHORUS (Can you teach me how to...). But until then, hold on to the last chord. CHORUS: e------------------------------------------------------ B------------------------------------------------------ G---2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2--------5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5------------- D---2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2--------5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5------------- A---0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0--------3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3------------- E------------------------------------------------------ e------------------------------------------------------ B------------------------------------------------------ G------------------------------------------------------ D---5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5--------3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3------------- A---5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5--------3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3------------- E---3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3--------1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1------------- A POSTCHORUS follows; THE POSTCHORUS is an obvious repeat of the INTRO and it's played TWICE. Follow the exact same pattern as described above for the next VERSE, PRE-CHORUS, CHORUS and POSTCHORUS. After the second postchorus, there is a part where the singer goes "Na na na na..." 8 times. I tabbed the first two times, and you have to follow the same pattern FOUR more times, until you come to the last two times, which i have tabbed cuz they are a bit different. e----------------------|------------------------------- B----------------------|------------------------------- G----------------------|------------------------------- D--7--7-7-7---7-5-0-2--|---5--5-5-5---7-5-0-2---------- A--7--7-7-7------------|---5--5-5-5-------------------- E--5--5-5-5------------|---3--3-3-3-------------------- Play this the first through to the sixth time. Seventh and Eighth time: e-----------------------|------------------------------- B-----------------------|------------------------------- G-----------------------|------------------------------- D---7--7-7-7---7-5-0-2--|---5--5-5-5--3-5--------------- A---7--7-7-5------------|---5--5-5-5--3-5--------------- E---5--5-5-5------------|---3--3-3-3--1-3--------------- Move on to the chorus. After the chorus is over, it goes back to the above pattern (Na na na na...). But this time play it FOUR times instead of EIGHT. the first and second times are exactly as it is with the first and second times above. But the fourth time, there's a little ending.. so i'm tabbing the third and fourth times. e-----------------------|------------------------------- B-----------------------|------------------------------- G-----------------------|------------------------------- D---7--7-7-7---7-5-0-2--|---5--5-5-5--3-5-7-------------- A---7--7-7-5------------|---5--5-5-5--3-5-7-------------- E---5--5-5-5------------|---3--3-3-3--1-3-5-------------- the last chord is the ending chord, and finishes at the last word of the lyrics (fall for YOU!) Again, listen to the song to know exactly how it finishes. Hope this is useful. Any questions, comments please mail at Peace. _________________________________________________________________
