This pattern is played for most of the song. I'll call it C#7 even though the 3rd is missing.
In the verse only the bass note changes so the chords become quite weird so I wrote the chords for
open C#m7 tuning. I tried to write the chord names accurately so you can try to play them on other instruments
and tunings.

open D, G and B (C#, G# and B)strings but it's one octave lower.
