the index finger on an otherwise standard B7B7 chord. (that is, finger

Note - I have been told that the 
G+G should just have G's and D's so
that it is ambiguous whether it's major or minor, though it's always
sounded minor to me. I put the emphasis on the bass notes when
playing to get the effect.
