I also play the strummed chord (upstroke, downstroke, upstroke) and

Running Free tab

Iron Maiden tabs for Running free "Running Free" is metal legends Iron Maiden's debut single. It was released on February 8, 1980. It is written by then singer Paul Di'anno and bass guitar player Steven Harris. 

The single's cover also marks the first appearance of Iron Maiden's mascot Eddie, who has since been featured on numerous album covers. "Running Free" was also included on Iron Maiden's self titled debut album.
