3 patterns:

1st pattern (verse)   Bb-F-D
                             Bb-Bb-D

2nd pattern(bridge) F-G-F-D

3rd pattern (chorus) Em-Bm-Am-D-G  (i think it uses a quick D before the Em
sometimes as well)
