Chords with lyrics
Artist: The Wood Brothers
Song: The Shore
Transcribed by: J-Heck
Notes: There's some really interesting phrasing in this song vocally & musically.
The "DD" in the last verse and the finish are two quick strums on D MajorD that are held for
the remainder of the measure.
I definitely recommend practising with the record to get the vocal phrasing just right.
Also notice that at the last chorus and coda hold the A augmentedA chord longer, rather than
stepping up to the B.

I'm a big fan of accurate, legible, and neatly formatted charts that are
typically true to studio versions, with noted exceptions.
