G < C#4  - So basically, tune down all strings to C# except A and B which you tune up.
B > C#5    Watch out for string breakage though. I usually tune it to all B and then put a capo on the 2nd fret.

You need a Jazzmaster for this, but if you don't have one you can play something like this:
