NOTE: When you get to the end of the repeat bars the second time, skip over the last measure before the last
repeat bar and go to the second ending starting after the second repeat bar.

Alright, here is an explanation of the terms:

mezzo piano = play medium-soft
mezzo forte = play medium-loud

> = accent mark (play that note with more force than the other notes in the measure)

() = tie (add notes in the parentheses up and play as one [i.e. if it's a whole note and quarter note, hold
for five beats])

S = sixteenth note
E = eighth note
Q = quarter note
Q. = dotted quarter note
H = half note
HE = half note and eighth note combined
HQ. = half note and dotted quarter note combined
W = whole note

e = eighth rest
q = quarter rest
