OK, here is some more detail to the song (one of my favorites). I have a =
minor change to [email protected]'s verse - I keep a 
C majorC structure =
instead of moving to a 
DsusDsus structure. Be sure to put downstroke =
emphasis on the base notes as you walk down (C, B, 
G+G). I tend to hit =
these and then follow through with the strumming (this is how I have =

The chorus basically inverts the verse - it starts by replaying the 2nd =
half of the verse (starting with the C majorC chord). The A minorAm part just changes =
chord position to make it interesting. It's easier to play if you keep =
your third finger on the 
D MajorD string as you slide it up from the 2nd fret =
to the 7th. This variation in position happens during the bridge as =
well.
