Switch to doubletime feel. Bass and guitar play 16th notes on low F# for
six measures, then guitar switches to F# on D string 4th fret for next
two measures. Next eight measures, bass stays on F# and guitar plays:

End doubletime feel
Riff A:
    Say you won't go.....

Riff B (actually, play last two measures of Riff B twice)
(mumbled) Won't go... won't go... say it...

3rd "verse" - Bass plays Riff A once while guitar holds last F# of Riff B

Riff A, guitar plays root notes only:
    (Vocal rests first two measures)
Get you in a strangle ....

Riff A full blast once again:

exactly the way I play it, for what that's worth.
