to get in and out of. I tabbed this mostly from aftershow videos on youtube, like
this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9yw-G7uqyxY where you can hear him tune
his guitar up. There may be the odd discrepancy as I couldn't find a video with a
really clear view of his fingers, but I think this is more or less accurate.
