o  = whole note

Other notation
==============

a+b (where a and b are measurements of time) =
   add 'a' plus 'b' more time on that note

(e.g.)  !+. means a quarter note + an eighth of a note time

.__. = means that the previous note connects over
       (in other words, don't play the other note)

u : strum up
d : strum down
