Verse: The verse is pretty simple. Just alternates back and forth between a G# and a C# chord, with the same basic bass riff underneath. The verse ends with the G# chord, played twice as long ("But what I'm sorry for...") G# C# G:--------------------------------- D:-------------------3-6----------- A:--------3-6-4-4--4--------------- E:-4-4--4-------------------------- Chorus: The chorus is mostly the same bass run as Marcus uses in the verses, generally just starting on a different root note. The chorus (at least for the purpose of this tabulature) begins when Vic sings the line "..for all those wasted days" A# C# D# G:---------------------------------------------- D:------------------------------3-6------------- A:--------5-8--------5-8-4-4--4-----6-6--6-4---- E:-6-6--6-----6-6--6-------------------------6-- The saxophone solo is played over the both the verse and the chorus.
