This is my first attempt at writing tab so cut me some slack! The tab 
seems right to me.

1. Intro:

2. g: 7543
    d; 7543
    a: 5321

Then repeat 1        x8

3. verse: Play 1      x12
                 then play C for the last line of the verse

4. Chorus:   Play  2    x3

then:

d: 5 5 7 7 5 10 7 7 
a: 3 3 5 5 3  8  5 5  end on  C

5. Bridge:
