pre chorus. Basic progression is E - A - C#m - B.

The first time through the progression in the second verse, the two eight note strums happen on the first 
beat of every measure/bar instead of the normal chugs on beats 2 and 4.


The quieter, "Storm clouds are circling around" part that comes after the hyping from R City is the 
Pre-Chorus progression, only the chords are strummed once and held out for one bar.
