 (However, a normal capo could be used if you mute the proper strings)
 Chords relative to cut capo.
 No chords will involve fretting in the same fret as the capo,
 so "0"s on the 6E, 2B, and 1e strings = play open.

*The (0) shown on the first A chord means that you don't really need
 to play it, because it's the same note as the 3 on the B string.
 I personally don't pick it, but if strumming then I'll include it.
