It sounds to me like this riff is played on a guitar, and doubled
by a bass.  I just play it on a guitar with some palm muting, it
sounds good that way.

I didn't try to write out the timing exactly, but I put in some
spaces where there are rests.  Just listen to the song, it isn't hard
to figure out.
