This is a song that's going to be on Chris' upcoming album.
I know these chords are 100% accurate since Chris graciously took the time to tell me how he plays it.
He also said that he originally wrote it with a capo on the 1st fret, but lately has been playing it open.

When he plays the B7, the F# note that's on the e string isn't really heard, or it sounds like he leaves that
string open.
