This is not an exact tab, call me lazy if you want but I just dont see
the point of copying down to the last ghost note. This tab is close
enough for me.

2^(4)^2 pick second fret then bend to pitc corresponding fourth fret
        then release back
(4)^2 the same as above, but prebend and then pick and release

Then theres the oa oa sound. I dont know what this effect is
called, but I think it is simply an amplifier run from the
guitar and into Daves mouth, and then a normal microphone
picks up the sounds and out to the PA. You can also use a
WhaWha though it does not give the same sound.
