I’m surprised this song hasn’t been transcribed before as it is one of his
most popular.  It has an unusual tempo that resembles a ticking clock, no
accident I’m sure, he has a genius for innuendo in the lyrics which he then
marries with the perfect tempo, vocal effects and melody.

[ I play it finger-style.  Any corrections would be appreciated as he has a
penchant for unusual chord voicings which have always been a pain but I wish
I knew the proper ones.
