I referenced the album version (from "It's Hard to Find a Friend") and a live solo electric performance by
David Bazan at the Grey Eagle, 11/4/07 (dowload at http://www.verticalsoul.com/archives/208).

I didn't include any rhythm notation because it depends - when David plays it solo he palm mutes the
verses and plays the chords more rhythmically, to fill the song out.

Anyone familiar with Dave Matthews Band guitar parts will recognize similar chord from his tunes
(Grey Street, Tripping Billies, etc). To play the chords here in the INTRO, VERSE, and CHORUS 2, I keep my
middle finger on the low E string and use my ring finger and first finger on the G string.
