Comments: I have searched high and low for tabs to this album. Rather than just be lazy and read
someone else tab (which is sure to be mostly incorrect), I figured I'd start with the best tracks
and perhaps post the others later. I will do this, of course, if I can find a store that sells
the album, which has also proved to be difficult. Enjoy.

The progression is rather similar throughout the entire song, however, an intro can be played
reasonably well using hammer-ons, but I prefer to nix them once I start singing. This tab is
intended for acoustic guitar, in regular tuning, and is in the key of D minor. I believe my
tab is tuned about 2 whole steps up from the album version, but the tonality sounds good.
My attempt to explain the meter is haphazard, and warrants listening to the song rather than
strictly following what is written here. The numbers 1-4 indicate cut time below, whereas
later in the tab, there are none and the "|"'s represent full measure bars in regular 4/4.

The "C" and "Am" chords can be played fairly staccato in order to accent them better.

Here, begin holding the Dm chord while striking the open "D" and "A" strings on the beat of the
bass drum (in typical country style) and striking the top 3 strings on the "&" of the beat. This
takes practice but greatly increases faithfulness to the songs mood. Repeat the above snippet
twice, then play the intro again, the snippet twice, and you are ready for the verse.

Verses:

Accent the last two chords with vocal harmony, and resume the open "D" and "A" downstroke method
as mentioned above.

Chorus:

C		Dm

C		Am

The C major chord should be fingered as follows:

When playing this (with your pinky on the "A" string and ring finger on the "E" string) invoke
the same method for playing the Dm by alternating bet. the two strings. Consequently, do the
same with the Am chord by striking the open "A" and "E" strings, respectively.
