I really can't hear any guitar in the song, except a little strumming mixed really low. When I play the song, I play chords based on the bass line or I play the strings part. It sounds pretty good to play chords along with the bass like this: I usually just use clean power chords.... C D I .. E After .. C D You .. E like .. Then the chorus goes: E D You .. C It .. etc.. This is how the song goes throughout. Now, I like to play that cool strings part.
