Notes:
The timing in the pre-chorus section is a little weird. You hold the C(8) and A(5) notes on the E string,
letting them ring out, then go to A(5), and G(3), then pause before going down to F(1). The verses and
pre-chorus are most likely played by finger, whereas the chorus sounds like it's played with a pick.
Pay attention to the different verses and choruses because they are played slightly different each measure.
For example, in the first part of Verse 2, he slides from F(1) to A(4), which is different from the first
verse, then plays A(4) once more and doesn't play anything until the next measure, which is extremely odd.
It almost sounds like he choked and they left his mistake in on the recording. I listened to this song at
0.5x speed to ensure that each note was meticulously tabbed the same number of times it was played on the
album.
This is one of, if not, my favorite Murderland songs. It's about Friday the 13th and, while unconfirmed,
the acronym "C.C.L.C.S." likely stands for "Camp Crystal Lake Counselor Song". Murderland is great at
writing up-beat, happy music, with extremely dark lyrics. Hope you enjoy! Long live the horror!
