Star Trek Theme tab by Television Music

We used to play this theme song in the beginning or as an encore in
gigs. The people would go nuts!
Everybody, from the Boston Pops to Tenacious D have played a version
of this theme song. There is even a disco mix!
Even Todd Rundgred plays a killer version with UTOPIA.

You need two guitarist or one and a good synth player.
For greater effect add synths with horns and/or "oohs" and "ahs".
Also, you can play it pinched harmonics from the "Faster" part
till the end; the vibrato bar might be better here.
It begins with harmonics, and tap harmonics (à la Eddie Van Halen).
In the "Faster" part, Guitar 2 plays in the upbeat. The rhythm is
kept throughout with a slight change at the end during the ritard.
