Composed by Nino Rota and conducted by Carlo Savina. Released on The Godfather OST in 1972 as track no. 8
`The Godfather Waltz`.

This iconic instrumental would soon be sung by Al Martino(who portrayed Johnny Fontane) as `Come Live Your
Life With Me` with English lyrics by Larry Kusik and Billy Meshel.

A transcription of the mandolin parts and a transposal from the cornet, oboe and clarinet. A clavietta and
flute also play in the background, along with an entire string section. The tuning is standard GDae. The
mandolin parts on the recording are played with a continuous tremolo.
