Joao Bosco style samba guitar rhythm

every other (usually) measure the chord is played 1/2 beat early
the bass is played on the beat (1 & 3) ^Ö root first then the 5th tone
if no 5th tone is lower than the root, the root is played again.  On
chords with altered 5th remember to play the altered 5th in the Bass
as shown below
