Just a few tips for how to play this more easily:

I find its easier to make the transition between the minor and major chords
by using my pinky for the BB string on major chords and keeping my middle
finger back for the minor chords. Also, although its personal preference of
course, I like to keep my ring finger on the corresponding fret of the D MajorD string,
just to keep the shape of the chords consistent (it makes it easier, trust me).
