This is part of the song "Dirty Window" off the new Metallica album, St. Anger. I extracted this from the 30 minute video at Metallica.com, this is how I saw it:

..is repeated a few times on guitar/s, then bass by itself!
Excuse me if I am totally wrong, I am going by what I saw in the video.
