Intro(helicopter noise and backround effects):

While helicopter sound comes in and full volume comes in, one guitar begins to play this:

Practice this solo slowly at first and use a metronome as this solo has alot of tricky jumps and skips.

Also the first 6 bars should dominate the solo, the last bars should all be played very quickly together as one bar.

Ok, that's most of the song done except the next part and the ending.

For the part when Nils Frykdahl starts talking, play the first bar of the clean section and play all the clean part's chords together without arpeggiating them.

Then return to the heavy section.

As for the ending, Brian does a sweet, tap harmonic melody:

and at the VERY end, you play the exact same thing as the intro except on the A string for guitar II(Note:During this song there is 3 guitars playing in unison most of the time except for the intro, ending and clean part which they harmonize in fourths as they do in the ### and * part of the solo)

the +'s mean you use a violin bow rapidly agains the notes. Do this while going up one fret up to the 7th fret, from slow to fast. This is what makes the helicopter sound in unison.

Guitar III plays this while Guitar I plays the above and guitar II plays the intro on the A string:

Like the intro, make the pull-offs slow and push whammy bar down and add nervous vibrato which makes it sound like a siren.

Then at the end fadeaway, repeat guitar I's part for 7 seconds and then play Guitar III's part alone(since now it is the only guitar) and use a volume pedal to push volume down so it is off.

WHEW!! Quite a tab there ain't it! So work on all of it slowly and you'll be shredding in no time.

Also for the ending, I know there is no possible way to play it all at once SO!!!
What I like to do is to have a keyboard with you, put on helicopter effect and use your foot down to hold it out, meanwhile forget the whammy and pull-off bit since it is hard to hear until the end fadeaway of course. But for now play the tap harmonic bit while holding down the keyboard key with your foot and then after the tap harmonic bit stops, start playing the siren part while kneeing down and using the whammy bar, then gradually push the volume pedal down with your other foot and then do 1-hand pull-offs with you left hand and use you right hand to turn the volume down on the keyboard at the same time you push the volume pedal down.
Clever huh!?
