Special Olympics tab by Stephen Lynch

Hey there Lynch fans! Here's one of Stephen classics, "Special
Olympics".  I tabbed this out by listen to a recording from when he
played it on Opie and Anthony (since it's not on any of his albums).  I
think this is pretty damn close to correct.  Other live recordings might
have slightly different lyrics and/or notes played, but I think this
should get you through any version just fine.  As always, listen to the
song to get the timing down and let me know if you have any questions.
