Standard tuning

Comments: The muted notes in Rhythm fig. 1 is an A at the 7th fret. I chose
to notate it thus to keep it from getting too cluttered. It’s a pretty hard
mute. The notes in parenthesis in Rhythm fig. 5b are played only during the
last chorus. At the beginning of the solo each of the E’s at the 2nd fret
are to be dipped a whole-step. Rock bottom means to drop the bar until
the string goes slack
