She's Got Everything chords by The Kinks

"She's Got Everything" by The Kinks was recorded in Spring of 1966, but it first appeared as the B-side of
The Kinks' 1968 single, "Days". The sound is more like early Kinks recordings which is odd for a single released
in 1968. This song did not chart, since it was a B-side, but it's A-side got to #12 on the UK Singles Chart.
This song has been released on many "best of" compilation albums by The Kinks.
