This is the closest I've been able to come to figuring out the Star
Spangled Banner. If you make any corrections, please let me know.
Enjoy!

^^^ These 2's should be 4's.

There should be a 4 between 2 and 5 here.^^^
(I assume that "full bend" in the first line means you bend it so that it
sounds two frets higher; if that's the case, then that's fine.)
Here's some chords that I scraped together (in C, not E MajorE):
THE STAR-SPANGLED BANNER (Francis Scott Key)
--------------------------------------------
[I suspect that some of these chords are very subject to improvisation;
in fact, if you wanted to, you could pretty much play a different chord
for each note, by playing C majorC under C, E, or G, FF under F, A, or C, and so
on, sort of like I did for the very last line. So I just wrote down my
own little interpretation.]
C majorC G+G C majorC A minorAm D7D7 G+G
Oh say can you see by the dawn's early light
C majorC G+G FF C majorC G+G C majorC
