Fairly easy song.  The hammer on that is heard in the beginning is the bottom F# to a G in the G chord from 
what I can hear.  Same with the C chord except it is a B to C.  This is my first tab so I know it will not
be perfect.  The chords in the intro and outro are displayed by measures.  So G for 4 counts, then C.
