Guitar chords with lyrics

Title: Once I Loved
Portuguese title: O Amor en Paz
Composer: Antonio Carlos ("Tom") Jobim

Playing notes

I have put an alternation of Ma7 and Ma6 in a few
locations where
there are two consecutive measures (bars) of a major
chord. Ma7 and Ma6 are similar
and this substitution is always possible.

This is a taste issue, you could as easily use just
Ma7 or a major triad.
Although a triad will seem weak for this kind of Bossa
Nova piece.
Similarly, where I have indicated minor rather then
min7, it is because I like to hear
a simple minor chord in that spot; it is nice on the
guitar (especially nylon string).
You could substitute a min7 in its place.

Eu coloquei ambos Ma7 e Ma6 numos lugares neste
cancao.

Especialmente no violao "classico." Como antes, voce
pode usar a min7 se voce gostaria.

Legend

min = minor chord without a seventh
dim7 = diminished seventh chord
x = string not played or muted
