♫ Intro:

  Chord diagramEbmaj9Ebmaj9
e|-----------------0-------------|
Chord diagramBB|-0---------0---------------0---|
Chord diagramG+G|-------0---------------0-------|
Chord diagramD MajorD|----(3)------3------(3)------3-| X2
Chord diagramA augmentedA|-1-------1-------1-------1-----|
Chord diagramE MajorE|-------------------------------|

Main Pattern:

  Chord diagramEbmaj9Ebmaj9
e|-----------------0-------------|
Chord diagramBB|-0---------0---------------0---|
Chord diagramG+G|-------0---------------0-------|
Chord diagramD MajorD|----(3)------3------(3)------3-| X4
Chord diagramA augmentedA|-1-------1-------1-------0-----|
Chord diagramE MajorE|-------------------------------|

  Chord diagramGm11Gm11
e|-----------------0-------------|
Chord diagramBB|-0---------0---------------0---|
Chord diagramG+G|-------0---------------0-------|
Chord diagramD MajorD|----(3)------3------(3)------3-| X2
Chord diagramA augmentedA|-------------------------------|
Chord diagramE MajorE|-0-------0-------0-------0-----|

  Gm11/F
e|-------------------------------|
Chord diagramBB|-0---------0-----0---------0---|
Chord diagramG+G|-------0---------------0-------|
Chord diagramD MajorD|----(3)------3------(3)------3-| X2
Chord diagramA augmentedA|-3-------3-------3-------0-----|
Chord diagramE MajorE|-------------------------------|

These three chords are repeated throughout the entire song but with some variations. She often transitions
from the last chord by changing the last two bass notes to Chord diagramE MajorE for a chromatic descent:

  Gm11/F C9/E
e|-----------------0-------------|
Chord diagramBB|-0---------0---------------0---|
Chord diagramG+G|-------0---------------0-------|
Chord diagramD MajorD|----(3)------3------(3)------3-| X2
Chord diagramA augmentedA|-3-------3-------2!------2!----|
Chord diagramE MajorE|-------------------------------|

The "!" I only use to point out the note that differs from the "regular" pattern.

At times she also simply pauses at the end of the last chord to sing but then continues as usual from the
first chord.
In general she deviates from the pattern quite often as she is probably improvising a bit. For example,
there seems to be no partiular pattern for when she plays the open high e string or the open b string
instead. So I encourage you to do the same and experiment with where you think it sounds best!
