The "!" I only use to point out the note that differs from the "regular" pattern.
At times she also simply pauses at the end of the last chord to sing but then continues as usual from the
first chord.
In general she deviates from the pattern quite often as she is probably improvising a bit. For example,
there seems to be no partiular pattern for when she plays the open high e string or the open b string
instead. So I encourage you to do the same and experiment with where you think it sounds best!
