The main verse line is the most prominent part. It comes in after the drums and vocals start. The first part starts on the "health-" syllable in the line "A healthy appetite is good for one and all." The second half starts on "be" in the "I should be at peace with the world, baby" line. The timing is similar for the repeating of this part.
